This facial treatment is for skin that's showing signs of age- sagging, fine lines and dullness. Rejuvenating Surface Peel
This peel will dramatically improve dull, lifeless and rough-textured skin. It is customized to meet the level of exfoliation your skin needs with amazing results and no down-time. Your skin will feel smooth and retexturized with a brighter, more even overall tone. Can be done in an express or hour treatment. This is one of our most popular treatments.

Acne Clearing Treatment
This treatment focuses on deep pore cleansing and the removal of blackheads, whiteheads, oil and dirt. A treatment plan is recommended to achieve the best results.

Manual Microdermabrasion
Ultra-fine pumice crystals peel-away dull, dreary cells, abrade uneven skin and visibly reduce the appearance of pores. Youthful texture is restored and a healthy glow returns as skin takes on a polished, poreless look. Serenity Spray Tan Tips!

Now is the time that everyone begins to think about their tan. Well, save your skin a world of damage by getting a Serenity Spray Tan! Our spray tan is ALL NATURAL and LOOKS NATURAL! You will instantly be able to see your tan.

Here's a few tips to get the best spray tan!

BEFORE:
1. Shower and exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment.
2.Wax or shave 24 hours before to prevent skin sensitivity.
3. NO makeup.
4. NO moisturizers, perfume or deodorant.
5. Wear loose fitting old clothes.
6. Hair tied back.
7. If it is raining bring an umbrella or consider rescheduling.
8. Consider a "sample color" 1-2 weeks before your event.
9. Usually best when done 1-2 days before your event.
10. You can be sprayed in your own underwear and bra or you can use our disposables. (Consider "tan lines")

AFTER:
1. Remember, NO showering for at least 5-8 hours after receiving your tan.
2. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!
Consider a lotion with little perfume and a "touch of sun" to extend your tan.

Summer is fast approaching!

Looking around outside we are beginning to see more and more people walking around in shorts, flip flops and tank tops. One of our most commonly asked questions is
"What's the difference between Swedish Therapeutic Massage and the Neck, Shoulders and Back Massage?"

They both have the same price points so people are often confused on what the differences really are.  Here at Serenity Spa we customize every massage to meet the exact needs of every client. No matter which you choose, you will receive the most beneficial massage for you.

Lets get down to the differences!

Swedish Massage uses five styles of long,flowing strokes. The goal is to relax the entire body. Swedish Massage is perfect for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. It also reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management. It can also be helpful in shortening recovery time from muscular strain because it flushes the muscular tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes.

The Neck, Shoulders and Back Massage is pretty much how it sounds. This massage is targeted toward the neck, shoulders and back which are areas that are prone to stiffness and accumulated tension. Banish Age Spots!
